Grayse Fashion Week Event on El Paseo March 22
On the 22nd we will be pouring our wine at Grayse on el Paseo. Meet Winemaker Gustav Allander from Foxtrot Vineyards for Wine Tasting & enjoy an array of specialty Cheeses from On the Mark Cheese Shop. There will be Informal Modeling Featuring the Grayse Spring 2018 Collection. The event runs from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Palm Desert Food Wine James Beard Luncheon March 23
Foxtrot Vineyards has been invited back to participate in the James Beard Luncheon at the Palm Desert Food and Wine Festival. Our 2014 Foxtrot Vineyard Pinot Noir has been paired with a delectable dish prepared by Fabio Viviani, acclaimed chef, culinary personality, restaurateur, cookbook author, and winner of Top Chef’s Fan Favorite title. The dish, the third in a four course lunch, is a Braised short rib with yuzu gremolata and finger lime caviar. Foxtrot winemaker Gustav Allander will be walking the catwalk presenting the wine to the attending guests. Palm Desert Food Wine Grand Tastings
Winemaker Gustav Allander and Sales Manager Mary Anne Virtue will be at the Grand Tastings on March 24-25 pouring Foxtrot’s wines to the public. The Grand Tastings will also feature delectable morsels from more than 40 restaurants, created by renowned chefs from the Coachella Valley and all across California. More than 60 premium and sparkling wines, craft beers, and spirits will be offered as well. Chef demonstrations by renowned chefs during this event as well.
